All sales made through MissSamanthaCinx.com are final.
Because our products include digital content, online subscriptions, and future digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase or subscription payment has been processed.
By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Digital Content
All digital items (including downloadable files, videos, audio, and exclusive content) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Access is granted immediately upon purchase or subscription, and therefore cannot be revoked or “returned.”
3. Subscriptions
Subscription payments are non-refundable, even if you cancel before the end of your billing period.
When you cancel, your access remains active until your current paid term expires, after which it will not renew.
4. Accidental Purchases
Please review all product details carefully before completing your payment.
If you believe there was a technical error or duplicate charge, contact us at Lionessx89@proton.me within 48 hours of purchase.
We will review the case, but approval of any refund or credit is at our sole discretion.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for valid purchases violates these Terms.
We reserve the right to block access or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent disputes.
6. Future Merchandise
If physical merchandise becomes available in the future, any refund or exchange policies for those items will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
